Buy one account for each person who needs to log in to review calls, listen to recordings, and manage contacts; most customers start with 1 account. A seat is not your concurrent call limit (the SMB plan provisions 5 dedicated lines and handles 5 calls at once regardless of account count), not the number of AI agents (AI assistants take no account), and not 500 minutes locked per person (minutes are pooled company-wide, so 3 accounts share 1,500 minutes).

Brightalk.ai SMB pricing is NT$3,000 per user account per month billed annually (pre-tax) or NT$3,200 billed monthly (pre-tax), with 5% VAT added at checkout. Each account includes 500 AI minutes and LINE AI auto-reply, and minutes are pooled company-wide. Extra AI minutes are NT$7/min pre-tax; SMS credits are sold separately from NT$1.8 to NT$2.2 per message pre-tax.

How are AI phone minutes and overages billed?

Minutes are calculated from actual call duration. After included minutes are used, AI minutes are NT$7/min pre-tax. Real estimates should include user accounts, monthly call volume, average call length, LINE auto-reply, SMS volume, and Calendar automation.

Which plan fits support, telemarketing, or sales development?

The SMB plan can support AI answering, outbound calling, recording, transcripts, summaries, CRM filing, Google Calendar, and LINE auto-reply. Enterprise pricing is for complex needs like multi-brand or multi-location rules, internal APIs, non-standard fields, advanced routing, human handoff, SLAs, implementation support, and dedicated reporting.

Do I need to change my company phone number?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. You can keep your existing number and route calls to an AI line, or use Brightalk.ai Taiwan landlines for inbound and outbound calls.
